We are always open to new players throughout the year.

The season starts in September and teams are assembled in early summer as the league registration must be completed by the end of July but we are always open to new players throughout the year.

 

📝 Player Registration & Membership

Players can join Letchworth Eagles at any point during the season.

We use an up-to-date online registration system which gives families the choice to either pay the membership fee in full or spread the cost through manageable instalments.

 

💳 How Payment Works

When registering your child, you’ll be able to choose from two payment options:

1. Pay in full
Make a one-off payment at the point of registration.

2. Pay in instalments
Pay an initial amount, followed by regular monthly payments spread over the year.

All payments are made by bank transfer via our online system — we no longer accept cash or cheques.

 

What’s Included in the Membership Fee?

Your annual membership helps fund a full season of football and everything that goes into it. This includes:

  • Weekly training sessions
  • League & County registration
  • Matchday pitch hire
  • Referee fees (U9s and up)
  • Player insurance
  • Full team kit
  • Training equipment (balls, bibs, cones, etc.)
  • Club admin, governance & support
  • End-of-season trophies and medals
  • Contributions towards site improvements

Membership fees also help us continue investing in the club’s facilities. Recent and upcoming projects include:

  • Pitch maintenance and improvements
  • New goalposts for all age groups
  • Clubhouse upgrades
  • Additional car parking and outside seating

We want football to be accessible for everyone.

🔁 Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the club’s executive committee. Refunds will not be considered after 31 December.
