The Club Welfare Officer is responsible for ensuring that children and young people playing for the Eagles do so in a safe, non-threatening environment, free from any physical or verbal abuse.

If you have concerns related to the behaviour of a team official, another adult associated with the club, or a visiting team, please bring them to the attention of the Head of Club Welfare. Any serious incidents of abuse reported to the officer will be promptly reported to the appropriate authorities, even if the abuse occurred outside the football setting.
